Vinney Fudger Crowned Kent Champion at the England Boxing Development Championships

What a few weeks it's been for the Club with Fletcher and Vinney both stepping up to compete in the England Boxing Development Championships - one of the biggest stages for up-and-coming talent in the amatuer ranks!

Vinney was outstanding from start to finish, winning his quarter-final, semi-final and going all the way to take the Kent Championship. Each bout showed real composure and skill, a result of years of hard work and commitment in the gym. We are especially proud of how he handled everything the tournament threw at him. He took it all in his stride and just got on with the job.

Becoming a Kent Champion is a massive achievement and a proud moment for everyone at Tonbridge ABC. It's a reward for Vinney's dedication and a reflection of the standard of coaching and teamwork that runs through the Club.

Fletcher also impressed, putting in a strong performance in his opening bout. Although the result didn't go his way, he boxed brilliantly and showed just how far he's come. His attitude and effort both in training and the ring are exactly what Tonbridge ABC is all about.

A special thanks to Jamie, who stepped up in unforeseen circumstances to get Vinney to weigh-in on finals day. A great example of the community spirit that keeps the club going.
