New Tuesday Sessions at T.A.B.C - Welcome, Danny!

We're excited to welcome Danny to Tonbridge A.B.C, bringing something new to our Tuesday line-up - Full Body Fitness inspired by the art of Muay Thai.
Whether you're looking to build confidence, improve your fitness, or just try something different, these sessions are a great place to start. They're designed to be beginner-friendly, with a focus on movement, technique and enjoying the process - no previous experience needed.
Danny offers both 1:1 and small group training between 8am and 8pm, right here at the club. It's a fantastic way to get active in a supportive and inclusive enviroment
