New Strength & Conditioning Room at TABC

We've got some exciting news - the space just past the double doors (on the way to the toilets) has had a major upgrade... and it's now our brand new Strength & Conditioning room!

This has been in the works for a little while, and we're really pleased to say it's now up and running. It gives our boxers a dedicated area to work on power, endurance and mobility - all essentially parts of what we do at Tonbridge A.B.C.

A massive thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. Whether you gave time over the bank holiday, pitched in with the fit-out or helped behind the scenes - we appreciate it. None of this comes together without people mucking in, and it's not something we take for granted.

Looking forward to seeing the space in use - we know the boxers are going to make the most of it!
